Our Founder Annette is a highly experienced instructor who has works with people of varying fitness levels. From those with chronic conditions to those who are looking to complete more advanced training safely as an older athlete.
Work out with Annette at a time that is most convenient for you, wherever you happen to be. Programs are customised to suit your personal fitness level, any chronic conditions you may have, or any injuries you may be managing.
